Each necklace is outfitted with an 18-inch chain that typically rests the pendant an inch below the collar bone. Gold-filled chain and attachments are available for an additional fee. Silver pendants arrive on stainless steel chains. If you'd prefer a different chain length, simply make a request in the comments at check out and I'll be happy to accommodate!

Gold fill will retain its color far longer than gold-plated jewelry. While the gold-plated chain that I use should not fade for around two years of regular wear, gold fill jewelry has 100 times the amount of gold and will stand up to abrasion and sweat, and is tarnish resistant.
